Vegetaskulls are the flying projectiles that appear during Nuclear Winter.

General Description[ | ]

Vegetaskulls are the airborne skulls that spawn as bullets during the Corpse-a-Copia fight. They are a flying skull composed of some kind of crop with a large purple outline and mist trailing from them.

Behavior[ | ]

Vegetaskulls are exclusive to the Corpse-a-Copia fight. They will not appear anywhere else. Vegetaskulls will fly in a straight line towards whatever direction they are facing, such as up, down, left, or right. These purple variants will never go in any directions outside of these ones. They will pass through any and all targets and will not be blocked by most blockades, such as Mega Fruit Trees or Scarecrows. Upon coming into direct contact with the player they will deal one point of damage, but will not be deleted after the fact, unlike most bullets. Vegetaskulls will eventually dissipate after travelling some distance.

Damaging[ | ]

Vegetaskulls cannot be damaged directly by any means, such as the player shooting their Weapon. However, both Harvest Shield and Sow Shield are capable of destroying them should they come into their range.

Difficulty Scaling[ | ]

The frequency of Vegetaskulls spawning in Nuclear Winter increases per year, as well as how quickly they will ramp up in appearance.
