The Town is a location in Atomicrops.
General Description[ | ]
After each night is over, the player character is airlifted back to Town. Here they are unable to farm or fight enemies, but have the opportunity to purchase supplies and weapons, as well as interact with the Townsfolk. When the player is ready to return to their farm for the next day, they need to interact with the helicopter pilot in the lower square. Time is frozen while in the Town.
For the first two visits to Town each season, the appearance is normal and the north square is blocked off by hay bales. The last visit (just after the Boss Fight) is the Seasonal Festival, where the top half of the town opens up and special shops are available. Regular shops and potential spouses are also available to the player during this time.
Potential Spouses[ | ]
Located on the right-hand side of town are NPCs which players can befriend, flirt with and marry. By giving them a certain number of Roses, the player can obtain the Upgrade or Heart Beet seed that is beside them, as well as advancing their relationship.
If given Roses while their status is "Dating", a short wedding sequence will happen: the player will obtain the character's Wedding Ring and their new Spouse will join them on the Farm.
Regular Shops[ | ]
The following shops are available every time the town is visited.
Garden Shop[ | ]
Location: In the top left.
Here, the player can buy Seeds, Pickaxes, Scrolls and Farm Animals in exchange for Cashews.
Three items are available every day, which change from day to day whether they have been purchased or not. Rarer and more powerful items are more common in later seasons, and prices are also get more expensive throughout the year.

Weapons Shop[ | ]
Location: In the top center.
Here the player can buy Weapons. Each day, two different types of weapons will be available to choose from: once one is purchased, the other will vanish. Weapons last until the player obtains another, which will always replace their previous weapon.
Every weapon will increase the player's Farming Stat or Fighting Stat by 2, as indicated by the symbols displayed in front of them. Weapons will also have 0 to 5 mods, according to the number in front of them, and later seasons have a higher chance of guns having more mods. A weapon may also give the player a Heart Beet seed and/or a third stat upgrade on purchase, which is again indicated before purchase.
For example, in the image shown here the Blunderbloom on the left would increase the player's Fighting Stat by 2 but have no guaranteed mods. The Biodegrader on the right would increase the player's Farming Stat by 2, give them a Heart Beet seed and have at least one mod applied to it when purchased.
Approaching a weapon will display the name and the price: the more mods or other features a weapon has, the more Cashews it will cost. Weapons bought in later seasons and Years will also be more expensive.
Although the number of guaranteed mods a weapon has is displayed, there is no way to see what those mods are before buying it, and no way to change them once bought. Additionally, every weapon has a chance to have one extra bonus mod when bought, which depends on the player's Bonus Gun Mod stat. Each weapon has different upgrades, some of them unique and some able to be applied more than once: see the Weapons page for specific mod information.
See the table below for all available data on new weapon prices. Note that all weapons have the same base cost, and "number of features" includes both mods and heart beet seeds, extra stats etc. For example, a gun with three mods would cost the same as a gun with two mods and a Heart Beet seed. The minimum number of features for a weapon to have (apart from 0) is 2.
Heart Beet Shop[ | ]
Location: In the top center-right.
Here the player can buy Heart Beet seeds, in exchange for Roses. Only one can be bought per day, and the price increases with each heart beet seed bought. As roses are a difficult currency to obtain, and can be spent on a variety of useful upgrades and items, this is not the most cost-efficient method of obtaining Heart Beets. However, it may be useful in an emergency if the player is in dire need of health.
DLC Content[ | ]
Cauldrons[ | ]
This article or section is about content from the Reap What You Crow DLC, and is unlikely to be relevant to the base game. |
Location: In the top center-right (requires the Reap What You Crow DLC).
If playing as Oregacrow, the Heart Beet Shop is unavailable due to this character's unique health system. Instead, three cauldrons are in its place, showing how much Corn, Rice and Tomatoes the player has harvested. The bars above them fill up accordingly, and offer rewards to the player once full.
Frog Shop[ | ]
This article or section is about content from the Deerly Beloved DLC, and is unlikely to be relevant to the base game. |
Location: In the very left (requires the Deerly Beloved DLC).
Once the Frog NPC has been rescued from an enemy Camp, they will set up their shop in town. Two items will be available each day, most of which become more expensive as the seasons progress.

Seasonal Festival[ | ]
The three Festival shops are only available on the last day of each Season, when the way to the upper town square is unblocked and the ground is marked by arrows leading up to it. Here, the player can purchase Tractors in exchange for Cashews, Upgrades, Farm Animals and Scrolls in exchange for Roses, and gamble their Cashews at the Casino.
See the Seasonal Festival page for more information.
Removed Features[ | ]
Previously, the lower left of the town was occupied by the Bridge Repair Shop, where players could buy up to 3 Bridge Repair Kits per day for 100 each. This was removed in 1.6.0f2, with bridges instead costing Cashews to repair rather than separate items.
