After each of the first four Seasons, once that Season's Boss is defeated, a Seasonal Festival takes place in the town.
On festival nights, the square in the northern section of the Town is unblocked. Talking to the Mayor in the square begins the festival.
Talking to the Mayor brings up the "Season Yield" screen, which will grant the player a yield level and score depending on how many total Cashews they earned during that season. The higher the level reached, the more rewards are earned. Reaching any yield level grants the reward for that level, as well as the rewards for all lower levels (including Cornucopias).
Once the screen is closed, the rewards become available for the player to pick up (except for the stat increases, which are applied automatically). Each Seasonal Festival also rewards the player with 1 Bridge Repair Kit.
It is possible to leave the festival without picking up all (or any) of the awarded items.
Later Seasons have a greater chance to award higher-tier Scrolls and Farm Animals, but otherwise item/stat rewards are awarded regardless of year or season. However, the number of Cashews required to reach these levels increases with both. The number of Cornucopias earned also varies. See the tables below for Cornucopia rewards and estimated Cashew requirements.

The number of Cornucopias shown is the base level: Purchasing the relevant Home Improvement increases the number of Cornucopias earned by 1, or 2 if "Max Full" is reached.
Festival Shops[]
The shops at the Seasonal Festival are only available once the player has spoken to the Mayor and received their yield score for the season.
Rose Market[]
The Rose Market offers items in exchange for Roses.
Only three items are available at each Festival, which may be Scrolls, Upgrades or Farm Animals, and only one of each shown item may be purchased, although repeats are possible.
Higher level Scrolls and Farm Animals are more commonly available in later Seasons.
Two random Tractors are on display and able to be purchased at each festival. Any Tractor may be available, except for the Megaton Tractor.
The cost is always 200 , regardless of Season or tractor type.
Dicey's Casino[]
The Casino becomes available once Year 5 is cleared, and from then on will be available at every Seasonal Festival (even when revisiting Years 1-3). The player's Luck affects the chance of winning a better prize.
The cost to gamble starts at 200 and increases exponentially with each attempt, regardless of Season or Year. If the player leaves the casino and comes back at a later Seasonal Festival, the price will not reset, but will continue climbing with the next attempts.
