Hose is an Item that allows the player to water three Crops while energized.

Hose is an Item that can be found within common locations, including choice enemy Camps, given by Spouses, and rarely as a reward from Seasonal Festivals. Upon being picked up, the player will gain the ability to water three Crops when energized. The Crops can be any distance from each other and the time it takes to water each Crop is independent of one another. This does not extend to other sources of watering Crops.

Compared to other methods of watering, Hose effectively triples the player's ability to water Crops themselves. The player often relies less on their own ability to water and more on external watering sources, such as Cows, the Sprinkler Tractor, or Scrolls as a run progresses, so its value can be hard to judge. However, because of how it relies on the player being energized in order to function it can potentially be less valuable than other means should the player lack any ways to become energized quickly. One of the most predominant examples of this is the Double-Edged Watering Can, which allows players to water two Crops regardless of their energy level. Hose scales greatly with Farming Stat and is a solid option if a player is struggling with watering Crops. Paired with Squirt Gun, the player's watering ability is effectively sextupled (multiplied by six).
