− | Permanent upgrades are purchased from the Ant Builder using Cornucopias. The cost of each upgrade starts at 3 Cornucopias and increases linearly at a rate of 1 up to a maximum of 20. Once the cost reaches 20, the ant will no longer offer additional upgrades. Some upgrades are unique and others are repeatable. REpeatable upgrades are denoted by an asterisk *. |
+ | Home Improvements are the game's meta-progression upgrades. |
+ | == General Description == |
− | Some upgrades like "Water Pigeon" seem to be named, but most upgrades do not have a name currently. |
+ | Home Improvements are purchased from the Ant Builders, once they are rescued, by using Cornucopias. The cost of each upgrade starts at 2 to x Cornucopias (lowest with Alien Ant, highest with x Ant) and increases linearly at a rate of +1 up (+2 for Chemist Ant) to a maximum of 19 to 38 (lowest with x Ant, highest with Chemist Ant). The order in which upgrades are offered is random, but all 16 or 17 upgrades listed will be available. |
+ | Once all of these upgrades have been purchased, the player will be able to pay 100 to each ant to build a work station, and have the opportunity to purchase Level 2 Improvements. The price of these upgrades starts at 50 and increases by +10 each time. |
− | {| class="wikitable sortable" |
+ | |||
+ | Some upgrades are unique and others may be offered more than once, or by more than one ant. These Improvements can therefore be purchased more than once, and all will stack additively (not multiplicatively). |
+ | |||
+ | Purchasing upgrades from the ants also provide cosmetic upgrades to your home in the form of statues, benches, friendly monsters in/on your house, etc. The home's cosmetic upgrades are non-interactive, but the list of purchased upgrades can be viewed by interacting with the doormat in front of your home. |

Home Improvements are the game's meta-progression upgrades.
General Description
Home Improvements are purchased from the Ant Builders, once they are rescued, by using Cornucopias.
Once all of these upgrades have been purchased, the player will be able to pay 100 to each ant to build a work station, and have the opportunity to purchase Level 2 Improvements. The price of these upgrades starts at 50 and increases by +10 each time.
Some upgrades are unique and others may be offered more than once, or by more than one ant. These Improvements can therefore be purchased more than once, and all will stack additively (not multiplicatively).
Purchasing upgrades from the ants also provide cosmetic upgrades to your home in the form of statues, benches, friendly monsters in/on your house, etc. The home's cosmetic upgrades are non-interactive, but the list of purchased upgrades can be viewed by interacting with the doormat in front of your home.
