AddDaytimeA This article is about the Curret. For the more common version, see Turret.

The Curret is an upgraded version of the Turret designed to defend Crops more effectively.

General Description[ | ]

The Currets is a rare item only found by killing a Tree Guardian. A maximum of one can only spawn per run. Upon being picked up it will be added to the Seed Inventory, and can be "planted" like Crops. Unlike Crops, however, the Curret can be placed regardless of if the soil underneath is tilled or not, and may be removed at any point by using the farming key over an already placed one. While placed down, the Curret will automatically shoot projectiles for 25 damage each within a 12x12 range around themselves, allowing them to effectively defend any Crops nearby. This item cannot appear in the Time Capsule.

Comparison[ | ]

Compared to it's weaker counterparts, Turrets, the Curret deals 66.67% more damage per shot, at 25 over 15 respectively. In addition, the Curret shoots twice as fast as a Turret, which combined with it's higher damage makes the Curret's damage per second 233.33% higher than that of a Turret, at 50 over 15 damage per second respectively. Compared to Drones, the Curret only deals 25% as much damage per shot, at 100 versus 25 respectively. In addition, the Curret is completely stationary, and cannot leave the Farm. However, the Curret features a significantly higher fire-rate than Drones, giving them a complete edge in that regard. Similarly, Scarecrows also lack mobility, but can hit multiple Enemies at once and feature higher knockback. However, the Curret still outranges Scarecrows and possess a considerably faster fire rate.

Beneficial Upgrades[ | ]

The following is a list of possible Items that can affect the Curret:
