Coffee Cup is an Item that energizes the player as they kill Enemies.

Coffee Cup is an Item that can be found within common locations, including choice enemy Camps, given by Spouses, and rarely as a reward from Seasonal Festivals. Upon being picked up, all future Enemy kills will contribute to energizing. Each Enemy killed adds one bar of energy to the player's entire energy meter, and like normal energization Coffee Cup will only fully energize the player once their entire energy meter is full. This makes Bloodlust especially valuable, as combined with Coffee Cup will allow players to keep being energized while also killing Enemies.

Compared to other Items, Coffee Cup is the only one that directly involves filling up the player's energy meter bar per bar. This can potentially make it inferior to instant means of energizing, such as Adrenal Bulb or Air Freshener. However, unlike these other two methods, Coffee Cup potentially does not have as specific conditions or factors in establishing its function. All it requires is for the player to kill Enemies, which may be easier than maintaining low health or using Tractors at the right moments. Furthermore, Coffee Cup can be useful when combined with Bloodlust, as player's will immediately be able to utilize its effect.
