Bubble Shield is an Item designed as a mobile shield to block bullets from Enemies.
General Description[ | ]
Bubble Shield is an Item that can be found within common locations, including choice enemy Camps, given by Spouses, and rarely as a reward from Seasonal Festivals. Upon being picked up, all future watered Crops will provide 
Bubble Shield Pickups. Any and all sources of watering will create these pickups when they water Crops. However, if a Crop already has one Bubble Shield Pickup available it will not spawn further ones until the current one is picked up. Picking them up adds time to the duration of the Bubble Shield. While this shield is active, the player will be immune to all blockable bullets from Enemies. Certain projectiles cannot be blocked, including the Vegetaskulls that appear in later Years or Corpse-a-Copia's fist attack.
Comparison[ | ]
Compared to other shield related Items, Bubble Shield is one of the few that relies on collecting pickups, with one of the only others currently being the Helpful Worm. However, unlike Bubble Shield, Helpful Worm can successfully be transported outside of the player's Farm for long durations of time. This is because of how Helpful Worm does not rely on a timer to define the duration of its effect. In this regard alone, Helpful Worm may be superior to this Item. Nonetheless, Bubble Shield is generally easier to use due to be locked directly on the player's Character as opposed to a follower. This can potentially mean that the player will need to put in less effort than with Helpful Worm in order to use it effectively.
