The player's Bonus Gun Mod increases the chance for Weapons to be fixed at the end of the day.
General Description[]
Bonus Gun Mod adds a chance for the player's current Weapon to have an extra upgrade when purchased, in addition to any upgrades that the Weapon would normally have. Bonus Gun Mod can occur only once for each Weapon. Initially, the player's save begins with zero Bonus Gun Mod, which cannot be increased by any means during a run. However, playing as Rye provides a 100% Bonus Gun Mod increase due to his Mechanic perk, guaranteeing it to activate. Otherwise, Bonus Gun Mod can only be increased through Cat Plushies, Cat Shrines, Home Improvements, and Topiaries. Unless otherwise stated, all of the following increases are permanent and will affect all runs after being obtained. The specific sources can be seen below:

Note that for the above sources they are all additive, not multiplicative. For example, if the player already has Bonus Gun Mod at 2% and purchase the Engineer Ant Bonus Gun Mod Upgrade, they will have a new Bonus Gun Mod value of 3%.
