Adrenal Bulb is an Item that makes the player constantly energized while on low health.

Adrenal Bulb is an Item that can be found within common locations, including choice enemy Camps, given by Spouses, and rarely as a reward from Seasonal Festivals. Upon being picked up, the player will constantly become energized while at low health. This effectively allows for them to preform most farming tasks much faster, including tilling, sowing, and cutting Weeds. Note that the effect only triggers while the player is at a set, rounded percent of their max health. The exact percent still needs testing to be fully found. Note that with this Item the player will be unable to use Disco Ball, due to being unable to re-fill their energy bar in order to trigger its effect.

Compared to other means of becoming energized, Adrenal Bulb is among the most efficient, as it completely removes filling up the player's energy bar. Furthermore, it does not rely on an instant effect from another Item in order to be used properly. In addition, it has the unique ability of never dissipating. This pairs especially well with Bloodlust or Hose, due to how they only works while the player is actively energized. All of these factors can potentially make Adrenal Bulb superior to other energizing related Items, such as Air Freshener, Coffee Cup, Ginseng, and more. However, unlike the majority of these other methods, this Item comes with an extreme level of risk, as players are required to be at low health in order to function. This can make it potentially decimating while clearing Camps or during later Years, as the player will nearly constantly be risking death.
